Spotlight: Berkhamsted Creative Writing Group The Berkhamsted Creative Writing Group takes place is the small market town of Berkhamsted, in Hertfordshire. The class is run by best selling local author Rowan Coleman (The Accidental Wife) at the re:create arts centre in the town.
The producer of Short Story Radio, Ian Skillicorn, and actress Lisa Armytage, recently visited the class to give a talk about Short Story Radio and writing for radio. They have also recorded a short story written by Michael Price, one of the writers in the group. Interestingly, Michael is a film composer, and his own music has been used to accompany the story. |
