Short Story Narrators: Alastair Danson

Alastair trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and received the BBC Carleton Hobbs award for radio. His recent stage work includes Night Swimming and Earth and Sky at the Nuffield, Southampton; King Lear at the Royal Exchange, Manchester, Underbelly for the London New Play Festival, Bella Bella Donatella at Salisbury Playhouse and Anthony Minghella and Friends at the Ryde Festival.

He is a regular performer in BBC radio dramas and features, and has appeared on TV in Harbour Lights and Thackeray’s Women.
