Short story writers: Paul Chappell Paul lives near Monmouth on the Welsh borders. He has been an electronics engineer, a journalist, computer programmer and equity options trader, the last in the days when banks were nice. He was a contributing editor of Electronics Today International magazine for several years, and was once greeted with, "but you're a legend!" by somebody who knew his work. He isn't a legend and has no idea how legends behave. A year ago, after several discouraging starts, he discovered he could write fiction. Now he spends as much time as possible doing just that.
